Albertina Maria Medeiros

It is with heavy heart we announce the passing of our dear mother Albertina Maria do Couto De Medeiros on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Parkwood Institute, London, ON. Albertina was born on February 6, 1947 in Ribeira Funda, Sao Miguel, Acores, Portugal.  Predeceased by her beloved Husband Honorio Manuel de Medeiros(2019), her son Steve Medeiros (2023), her parents Ricardo de Medeiro and Serafina do Couto. Albertina will be dearly missed by her children Isabel Desando (Fred), Honoria Baldinelli (Tony), George Medeiros and Diana Medeiros. Loving grandmother of Emily, Brandon, Kimberly, Natalie, Arabella and Easton.  and great-grandmother to Nicholas. She will also be missed by her daughter-in-law Helen Medeiros. Albertina was a women of profound grace, with an unfailing love and devotion to her family.  Her warmth, kindness and nurturing spirit touched all the lives who had the privilege of knowing her. To the outside world Albertina was simply one person but to us she was our world. Visitors will be received on Thursday, November 9,2023  from 3:00  and 6:00 p.m. in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London. The Funeral Service will be celebrated in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. London, on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Followed by interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery, London, ON.
