Anna (Cupello) Fiorino

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Anna after a long and courageous battle. Born in Grimaldi Italy  Anna moved to Canada in 1968.She is predeceased by her father Luigi Cupello and mother Francesca and sisters Maria and Rosina.  

Anna led her family with much love, dedicated commitment and great strength of Character. 

We find it hard to envision our lives without her. 

Wife to Silvio. Loving mother of Francesca, Luigi (Nicole), Marisa (Rick) and Mario (Angela). She is the cherished  grandmother of Richie ( Dannel) and Anna Caterina and godmother to Francesco (Melissa) and loving aunt of Deborah. Lovingly remembered as parina by Frankie, Caruso, Presley and Remi.   Anna will be fondly thought of and sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family both in Canada and in Italy  

She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.

We would like to extend our heart felt thanks to the heath care professionals within the London and Kingston health care communities that provided her exceptional care throughout the years. A particular thank you to her primary heath care provider Dr. Lucy Pezzutto who cared for her like family over many decades. Our appreciation is also extended to the staff and nurses at the Parkwood Hospital Palliative care unit who cared for her with dignity and helped comfort her in the final days of her journey.   

Visitors will be received on Monday,  May 15,  from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London.   The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Peter’s Basilica Cathedral ,196 Dufferin Ave, London on Tuesday, May 16, at 10:00 a.m.  Entombment to follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
