Bernardus Vanderschaaf

At University Hospital London, on Saturday, February 16, 2013, Bernardus "Ben" Vanderschaaf in his 67th year. Best friend of Marion Currie. Ben will also be remembered by Rick, Randa and her husband Mark and their son Justin. Brother of Japke (Richard) of Arizona, Jacob of Saskatoon, Haye (Sietske) of Holland, Akke (Joop) of Holland and Boukje of Switzerland.
Predeceased by his sister Gryt and his brother Pieter. Brother-in-law of Helen Harris (Barry), Arthur, Don (Pat), Archie (Helen) and Jean O'Neil. Ben was an electrician in London for over 40 years and past president of the Army-Navy Air Force Unit 229. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Saturday, February 23, 2013, from 11:30 a.m. until time of the service in the Chapel at 12:30 p.m.
