Carmine De luca

Peacefully, with his family by his side, at Victoria Hospital, London, on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Carmine De Luca in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Pasqualina De Luca. Dear father of Marisa Gianna Gatfield, Mirella De Luca (Octavio) and Gabriele De Luca. Loving grandfather of Oliver Gatfield and Matteo Camara. Also survived by his sisters Chiarina and Lucia and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Camillo and Tobia, and his sister Maria. Visionary, adventurous, charismatic, and generous, Carmine touched everyone in his life. An immigrant from Italy, he came to Canada in 1963 as an automotive technician. His passion and love for people and cars led him to own and operate one of the top Volvo Dealerships in North America, Eastgate Volvo, which was recognized by many awards. His insatiable love for Formula 1 racing was matched by his joy of aviation as a pilot. His devotion to his family and friends will be fondly remembered.
