Visitors will be received on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 p.m. at which time the Funeral Service will be conducted with Rev. Henry Cassano officiating. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of Western Ontario PCCU unit, or St. Joseph's Hospital NICU unit. Chelsea's very favourite colour was purple - friends attending may wish to wear something purple in her memory.
