At Meadow Park Nursing Home, London, with her beloved husband, Serafim, at her side, on Friday, May 18, 2012, Ernestina Soares in her 80th year. During the past 55 years they shared an enduring love and commitment to each other and their family. Dear mother of John (Eduarda), Nelia Camara (Jose), Teresa Armstrong (Will), Carlos (Tracy) and Steve (Elizabeth). Loving Avo of fifteen and Bisa Avo of two. Sister of Aurelia Perreira and mother-in-law of Adelina. Predeceased by her beloved son, Serafim "Sam" (2010). Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Mary Immaculate Church (1980 Trafalgar St. at Admiral Dr.) on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Entombment St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Ernestina's family would like to thank all of the staff at Meadow Park for their thoughtfulness and care during her time there.
