Francesco Crecca

Peacefully, in his sleep on Monday, November 1, 2021, Francesco "Frank" Crecca in his 97th year. Beloved husband of the late Maria Crecca (2019) for 67 years. Dear father of Anthony (Rosa) and the late Cathy (Chris) Holder. Loving Grandpa of Courtney (Kyle) Reich, Caitlin (Bryan) Buck, Danielle and Michael Crecca. Great-grandpa of Jamieson, Anderson, Carissa and Coulson. Francesco will be missed by his brothers Pietro (Rosetta) Crecca and Joseph Crecca, by his sister Maria Crecca, and his brother-in-law Joe (Alba) Muccioli. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his brother Antonio (Rosa) Crecca, and his sisters Filomena, Giovanna and Lucia. Frank and Maria immigrated from Italy in 1954. Visitors will be received on Wednesday November 3rd 2021, from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle at York, on Thursday November 4th 2021, at 11:00 p.m. followed by entombment at St. Peter's Cemetery, London, Ontario. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society ( https://cancer.ca/en/ ) would be appreciated. As per COVID -19 regulations, all visitors will be required to wear a mask, maintain physical distancing, and provide their name and contact information for contact tracing at both the funeral home and the church upon arrival.
