At home in London, with her family by her side, on Sunday, April 18, 2010, Giovanna (De Vita) Villani in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Michele Villani. Cherished mother of Aldo Villani (Josephine), Rosemary McDonald (David) and Anna Villani. Also loved by 11 grandchildren. Dear sister of Lucia Pirro, Rev. James C. De Vita, Lina Palcich, Mary Candiago (Paulo) and Tony De Vita (Fernanda). Predeceased by her son Gaetano “Guy” Villani (2000), her granddaughter Maria Villani (1988) her sister Raffaela Ban and her brothers-in-law Silvo Ban, Richard Palcich and Nicola Pirro. Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church (345 Lyle at York) on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
