Gordon Bernard Sellars
Suddenly, at his home in London, on Thursday, July 31st, 2008, Gordon Bernard Sellars in his 78th year.
Predeceased by his wife and best friend Phyllis (2002). Loving father of Gail Sellars, Rick Sellars, Diane Fowlie and Susan (Gerry) LaHay. Also survived by his brother Reg Sellars of St. John’s NFLD and his sister Laverne Mulley of London. Gord will be sadly missed by his nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and by his former employees at Victoria Hospital where Gord was employed for over 23 years.
Predeceased by his brothers Hubert and George and his sister Susie Bishop. Gord was a member of the 9th Signal Corps and the 22nd Service Battalion.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 4, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. where the Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a. m. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Association.
