At University Hospital on Wednesday, October 13, 2010, Harry "George" Van Schaik in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Ann (Danowski) Van Schaik (2003). Dear father of Dan Van Schaik (Kim) and Debbie Tapp (Jim) of Dorchester, Doug Van Schaik (Sue Clipson) of London, Dale Van Schaik (Ivanka) of Lakeshore Twp., and Denise Van Schaik of St. Thomas. Loving grandfather of Bradley, Carrie, Briana, Braden, Deane, Kayley, Victoria, Ivana, Michael, Rebecca, Daniel and Christopher. Brother of Dorothy Sillers and Fred Van Schaik (Donna). Predeceased by his brothers Jack and Bill. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Friday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Mary Immaculate Church (Trafalgar at Admiral Dr.) on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
