Unexpectedly, on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, God took another angel home; Helena Giec in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Lou (1992). Cherished mom of Christina (John) and Jan Sr. (Diana 2005). Precious Granny to 5 grandchildren and much loved by 9 - soon to be 10 - great-grandchildren. She will be missed by many friends and all of her “furry friends”. Visitors will be received on Thursday, April 22, 2010, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, (419 Hill St.) on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery.
