Passed peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London in the presence of her loving family after a difficult struggle with cancer. Irene is survived by Douglas A. Bullock, her children, Grace, Ted, Barbara, Brian and Lani, her grandchildren Sasha, Moya, Kory, Kinga, Alexander and Maxwell. Irene was a very loving, kind hearted, selfless and caring person who lived to help others, and will be missed dearly by those who knew her.Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Friday from 12:00 Noon until time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
