With his family at his side, at University Hospital London, on Friday, December 12, 2014, Jan "John" Bartoch in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Sabina (nee: Bugajska) Bartoch. Loving father of Joanne Barr (Paul), Henry Bartoch (Mary), Helen Pytlik (Peter), Chris Bartoch (David Fraser) and Rick Bartoch (Sandra). Much loved by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Also survived by three sisters in Poland as well as many nieces and nephews in Poland, Canada and USA. Predeceased by his brother Rudolf Bartoch of London (1999) as well as two brothers and two sisters in Poland. John was a twenty-five year veteran of Kelloggs, a member of the Polish National Association for over 60 years, and a Founding Member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish of London. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Monday, December 15, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Prayers Monday at 8:15 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochwa Church, (419 Hill St.) on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. followed by entombment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Memorial donations to a charity of choice in John's memory appreciated. John's family would like to offer their special thanks to the staff of Henley Place for their compassionate care of their husband, father and grandfather.
