Jan Michalak

Peacefully, at University Hospital, London on Monday, September 24, 2012, Jan Michalak in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Anne-Marie. Dear brother of Teresa and Jozefa, both of Poland. Loving uncle of Waldemyr, Wojteck, Krystyna and Anya. Also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews in Poland and Canada. Jan will also be remembered by Lydia, Sandra-Lee and Martine. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Friday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our lady of Czestochowa Church (419 Hill St.) on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Entombment St. Peters Cemetery, London. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Association or the Kidney Foundation.
