Reunited with his wife Maria of 58 years, and after a long and courageous battle, Joaquim (Jack) Miguel Cabral born November 27, 1940, in his 83rd year leaves behind his pride and joy; his children and grandchildren. A devoted husband, cherished father, brother, in-law, Godfather, uncle and trusted friend, Jack could be best described as a family man, giving everything of himself to his family and friends alike. A lover of old cars, animals and all things outdoors, he will be best remembered for his work ethic, kind and giving heart and beautiful smile. He will be dearly missed by those who have loved and cared for Jack throughout his lifetime.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Breadner of London Regional Cancer Program, Dr. Hertzman of St. Joseph’s Hospice for continuing with our father’s care, the nursing staff at ParaMed Home Health Care and a very special thank you to Joe, Jack’s nurse who ensured the safety and comfort of our father in his final weeks. Your support of both of our parents will never be forgotten.
