Jose Luis Carvalho

With his adoring partner and friends by his side, it is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luis Carvalho at Victoria Hospital. Beloved son of Edmundo Carvalho and Maria de Lurdes Alves. He will be fondly missed by his beloved partner of 13 years Claudina Carvalho. Loved by his sisters Florbela Carvalho, Marisa Carvalho and brother-in-law Raul Ferreira. His memory will be cherished as a dear uncle to Diana Ferreira and Ricardo Carvalho. He is survived by his adoring 7 children, Fabio, Sergio, Beatriz (Andre Francisco), Edmundo, Ricardo, Joaquim and Lucas. He is also survived by his cherished grandson Leonardo. Also fondly remembered by Isabel Neves. Luis will be fondly remembered for his infectious laugh, his love of cars, and how he felt solace at the beaches in the Algarve, and his favourite beach being Praia da Falesia. Luis was born in Santa Catarina, Portugal, he was very proud of his heritage, family and friends. There was never a moment when he didn’t want to take a picture and capture the experience, along with sharing stories of his adventures, and pictures of his family and friends. Luis loved to play the music loud, and ensure that everyone was singing, dancing and enjoying the moment. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Medical Team in the CCTC Department for their compassion and care. Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London, ON, on Friday, January 31, 2025, 10:00 am -12:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service being celebrated in the Chapel.
