Karl Lampkin

Peacefully, at Parkwood Institute, London, on Sunday, May 15, 2022, Karl Lampkin in his 64th year. Beloved son of the late Pete and Joan (Mills) Lampkin. Cherished brother of Kim (Wendy), Karen Harper-Toso (Marco) and Kelly Boville. Father of Heather. Predeceased by his long-time partner Debbie Reynolds. Karl will be deeply missed by close friend Karen Potter and her family. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Team at Parkwood Institute and all the medical staff that helped throughout this journey.
