(Grubb) Wilcocks (Dec. 19, 2006). Dearly loved father of Karrin, Lorinda aka "Lori", Wendy (Fred), and Corinne. Grandfather of Tiffany (Dave), Amberly, Jesse, Rebecca, Jereme and Melissa, and great-grandfather of Brooklyn. Larry served four years in the Royal Canadian Airforce as a spitfire pilot and was part of the weather recon. flight that delayed D-Day due to inclement weather in the English Channel. He was a member of the 427 Wing RCAFC Wing at Crumlin (London) and a very active member with the Optimist Club of Fanshawe, and the Legion where he was a member of the London Dart League for many years. Visitors will be received on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., where the Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Brian McKay officiating.

Dad left us peacefully but still with clarity and his sense of humour to the very end. He was a man who felt he lived a charmed life, but in reality he charmed the lives of those who knew him. We will miss him deeply.
