Peacefully, at University Hospital, London, on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 Leokadia Gerwatowski in her 86th year. Dear mother of Gina Ducharme (Terry). Loving grandmother of Helen Ducharme (Chris Bezaire) , John Paul Ducharme and Jacqulyn Ducharme. Cherished sister of Sophie Ambrzykowska - Kruk (late Eddie) and her niece Alicja Gutowska. Also survived by family in Poland and her son Stan of London.
