Peacefully, at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care, London, on Thursday, October 6, 2022, Leonildo "Leo" Carreiro in his 99th year. Beloved husband of Maria de Deus Carreiro. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Portugal. Predeceased by his sisters Idalina, Blandina and his brother Rogéro. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, 10 Elm St. at Hamilton Rd, on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.; followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
