Manuel Moniz Costa

Peacefully, with his family at his side, Manuel Moniz Costa in his 80th year.  Beloved husband of Jorgelina (nee: Tavares) for 56 years.  Dear father of Joe Da Costa (Leonor), Tony Da Costa (Luisa), Paul Da Costa, Dennis Da Costa (Crystal) and Lisa Demelo (Daniel).  Vavo Manny to Ben, Owen, Cassidy, Mackenzie (Hunter), Jessie, Drake, Donovan, Jonah, Mason, Tayea, Max, Arya and Big Vavo to Grayson.  Cherished brother of Jose Costa, Horacio Da Costa, Artur Da Costa (Margarida 2002) and Jorge Da Costa of Sao Miguel, Portugal.  Dear brother-in-law of Tiago Lima (Conceicao (2005), Lurdes Tavares (Jose 2006), Jaime  Tavares (Maria) and Cremilde Tavares (Guilherne 1997). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  The family would to extend their sincere appreciation to nurse Subin Manuel for his  wonderful and compassionate care of Manuel. Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London on Tuesday, November 8  2022  from 2 - 4   and 6 - 8 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church,10 Elm St. at Hamilton Rd, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022  at 11:00 a.m.; followed by interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.  Online condolences & Guest Book at www.oneilfuneralhome.ca
