Peacefully, with her family by her side at her residence in London on Friday, November 18, 2016, Maria do Carmo Moniz in her 106th year. Beloved wife of the late Anibal De Sousa Cordeiro. Loving mother of Maria dos Res Tavares (Jamie). Dear grandmother of Luis (Brenda) and Filipe (Deborah), and great-grandmother of Isaac, Adriana and Everly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada, USA and Portugal. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Monday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, Hamilton Road at Elm, on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
