Miroslaw Skowron

October 30, 1955 — September 18, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Miroslaw Skowron, beloved husband and best friend of 40 years to Malgorzata Skowron. He departed peacefully on September 18, 2024, at University Hospital, surrounded by family.

Miroslaw was a proud father to three children: Sebastian (Rebecca), Edyta (Paul), and Patrick. He was the cherished son of Jadwiga (2005) and Stanislaw (1992) and is survived by his loving siblings, Pawel (Grazyna) and Lidia (Ryszard).

Miroslaw was adored by his grandchildren, Sophie and Skylar, who lovingly called him their "BEST DZIADZIA." He is remembered fondly by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends from both Canada and Poland.

Miroslaw was born in Lodz, Poland, and immigrated to Canada with his family, where he opened a business to support those he loved. His dedication to his family was unwavering, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitors will be received on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M., in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill Street, London, at 9:30 a.m., on Saturday, September 28, 2024, followed by Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London
