Nora Elizabeth Dogan

It is with heavy hearts the Dogan family shares the very sad news of the death of their mother, grandmother and great grandmother Nora (nee Wilds)  Dogan. Nora passed away peacefully at University Hospital on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in her 95th  year.

Nora is predeceased by her husband Ali Hikmet Dogan (January 2023) and her siblings Kathleen, Dorothy and Henry. 

Nora leaves hehind her sons Kem (Nancy), Dale, Erol (Deborah), Norry (Joyce) and her daughters Hale and Tulin (Peter).  Much loved grandmother of Christopher, Brandy, Chelsea, Tyler,  Amelia, Nicole, Shia, Bethany, Nathaniel and Shane. Great grandmother of Julius, Grace,  Julia, James, Hunter, Sierra and Wrenly.

Dear sister of Robert, Pat and Nancy.

Nora is also survived by her nieces Neslihan (Iskander) & Didem (Selim) and their families in Turkiye. 
 
Nora was a remarkable woman whose life was a testament to the boundless power of unconditional love.  She devoted herself to raising her six children with unwavering love, kindness and selflessness. Her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to be touched by her extraordinary love.  May her spirit continue to inspire and comfort us all.

There will be a private service for close friends and family in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. London. Followed by internment at Woodland Cemetery.
