Normenia Pimentel Teixeira

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Normenia Pimentel Teixeira, at the age of 75 years, on Sunday, April 4, 2021, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Manuel Teixeira (1993). Daughter of the late Jose and Albertina Pimentel. Adored mother of Joe Teixeira (Susy), Louie Teixeira (Pamela), Angela Teixeira-Poplawski (Matthew), Sally Soares and Mark Teixeira (Amanda). Loving grandmother of David (Pablo), Jonathan (Victoria), Jessica, Hailey, James, Logan, Sarah, Jasmine, Celina, Jada, Jaxx and Jemrose. Great-grandmother of Kyrie, Valentina, Abigail and Sophia. Sister of Manuel Pimentel (Rosalina), Albertina Pacheco (Deodato), Maria Jose Amaral (late Jose) and Conceicao Tavares (Altino). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and Godchildren. She loved her family abundantly and her happiest times were when they were gathered around her kitchen table. We will all miss her delicious home-cooked meals and baking. She was a phenomenal seamstress and especially took pride in making clothes for her children. We would like to thank the staff at Earls Court who helped take care of our mom for the last seven years. Due to COVID -19 restrictions the following services will be Private: a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
