Of London Ontario, passed away peacefully on April 23rd, 2021 surrounded by family at home, at the age of 72. Dearly loved husband of Luisa Da Costa who he shared 48 years of marriage with. Loved father of Lee Costa, David Costa (Kristy), and Mark Da Costa (Renee). Cherished papa of Clayton Costa, Katelyn Da Costa, Ethan Da Costa, Lacey Costa, and Abigail Costa. Predeceased by daughter Stacey Costa. Dear brother of Philomena Sousa (Tony), Maria Fryer (Mike), Dominque Da Costa, and David Da Costa (Kerry). Predeceased by brother Joe Da Costa. Octavio will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, numerous friends, and his extended family. Octavio was born in Portugal, the son of late Joseph and Philomena Da Costa.
