Patrick R. Mcinnes

Suddenly at London Health Sciences Centre, on Saturday, March 7, 2009, Patrick R. McInnes in his 84th year. Beloved son of the late Angus J. McInnes Sr., and Genevieve Rodgers McInnes. Dear brother of the Very Rev. Father Val Ambrose McInnes, O.P., of New Orleans, Louisiana, and James McInnes (Yaga) of London; brother-in-law of Clare McInnes and Ann McInnes. Predeceased by his sister Rosemary Coles, and his brothers John “Jack” McInnes and Angus J. McInnes Jr. Patrick was a graduate of de la Salle High School, London, and served in the Canadian Armed Forces in WW II. He graduated from De Vry Institute in Chicago where he studied electrical engineering and was a former member of St. Martin’s Parish, London. Uncle Patrick will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Visitors will be received in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, 345 Lyle (at York), on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Father Ambrose McInnes officiating.
