At University Hospital, London, on Saturday, February 24, 2018, of Peter Raymond Chubak in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Audrey Marie (nee: Hunter) Chubak (2010). Dear father of Stephen Chubak (Janney), Barbara Chubak and Gary Chubak (Belinda). Loving grandfather of Julie-Ann, Amy, Jeremey ( Ashley ) and Melissa. Great-grandfather of Sara-Jane and Miranda. Survived by his siblings Fran and Mike. Predeceased by his son Peter (1967) and his grandson Jeffery (1994). Visitors will be received on Wednesday, February 28th , from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., where the Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel on Thursday, March 1st, at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment Dorchester Union Cemetery, Thames Centre.
