Rosa Ficca

At University Hospital, London, on Monday, September 12, 2011, Rosa Ficca in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Ficca (2002). Dear mother of Joseph Ficca (Nicolina) and Tony Ficca (Carol) both of London. Loving grandmother of Gabriel, Daniel (Vickie), Chad and Brooke. Great Nonna of Max and Myles. Also survived by her sisters Josephine Di Guglielmo and Anna (Aldo) Piccoli, her brothers-in-law Domenico (Rosaria) Ficca of Italy, Gino (Erminia) Ficca of Australia, and her sister-in-law Giannina Antrilli of France. Loved by many nieces and nephews in London, Italy, Australia and France. Special Godmother of Franca Smith. Predeceased by her father Fillipo Di Fabrizio (1982), her mother Francesca (2005), her sister-in-law Maria Caprara (1951), her brothers-in-law Antonio Di Guglielmo (2011) and Vincenzo Antrilli (2011). The family would like to thank the ER team and ICU team at University Hospital for taking such good care of our mother and nonna. Also special thanks to Dr. Frank Muia for his exceptional care. Thank you too, to all of Rosa's friends for taking her to the cemetery and to church. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., on Friday, September 16, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Holy Family Parish Church, 777 Valetta St., on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Entombment St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
