Stewart Gordon Haddow

After a lengthy battle, Gord succumbed to a complex illness at Victoria Hospital in London ON, where he lived for many years. Beloved father of Sean Haddow (Sherry Hong) of London. Loved eldest brother of Margaret Miron (Michael), Carrying Place ON; Don Haddow (Alison Spence), Elliot Lake ON; Ian Haddow (Sara Attwell), Belleville ON; Chris Haddow (Darlene Ward), Brighton ON; and the late Brian Haddow. Predeceased by his parents, Gordon Haddow and Margaret Stewart, uncle James Stewart and aunt Lillian Lovell. Survived by aunts Betty Faber (Russel), Brantford ON, and Irene Cardoni (Adam), Lodi CA, and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. Raised in Brantford, Gord was a proud graduate of Major Ballachey PS, Pauline Johnson CVS and McMaster University.


Visitation will be held at O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London on Thursday, September 5th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Cremation has taken place, with the interment of cremated remains at Farringdon Burial Ground, 287 Mt Pleasant St., Brantford at 1:15 pm on Friday, September 6th. Refreshments to follow at St. Andrew's United Church, 95 Darling St, Brantford.

The family would like to thank the staff at University Hospital, Parkwood Institute and Victoria Hospital for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
