Suddenly at University Hospital, London, on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Teresa
Bax in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Victor Bax. Dear mother of Chiara Bax and Lisa Bax (Joe Pettinato). Dear sister of Paolino Monaco of Italy, Nino Monaco (Felicia) of London, Concetta Salvatore (Mario) of France. Sister-in-law of Toni Bax (Antonia), Maria Donati, Teresa Catolino (Joseph) and Enrico Bax. Also cherished by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Raffaele, her sisters Concetta and Mercedina, her brother-in-law Alfonso Donati and her sisters-in-law Graziella Monaco and Mercedina Monaco. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St. on Friday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church, (345 Lyle at York) on Saturday at 10:15 a.m. Entombment St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Mary's Church Renovation Fund.
