Peacefully, at the Dearness Home, London, on Sunday September 5, 2021, Teresa Chelchowski in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Boleslaw (Bill) Chelchowski (2009) for 59 years. Loving mother of Dorothy, Richard, Derek (Krys), Joe (Sheelah) and Ted (Ela). Proud grandmother of Joanne (Jim), Anna (Ben), Deanna (Matt), Peter (Leigh), Joshua (Lynn), Matthew (Sara), Daniel (Lindsey), Andrew (Jennifer), Mark, Sarah, Monika (Alex), Nikki (Steve), and Andrea (Danny). Great grandmother of Elliott, Cohen, Archer, Olivia, Indy, Luka, Romi, Katie, Paige, Abigail, Hunter, Madison, Caitlyn, Audrey, Eddie, Brayden, and Cameron.
She was a proud member of the Polish Kombatants Association KOLO #2 of London since 1955 and enjoyed serving the Polish community. Special thanks to all the staff at the Dearness Home who have cared for Teresa this past year.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions visitation will be for close family only. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill Street, London, on Thursday, September 9, at 11:00 am. A maximum of 100 people will be allowed to attend. Registration is required ahead of time by e-mail at ofh@start.ca or by phone, business hours only, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm, at 519-432-7136. All visitors will be required to be fully vaccinated, wear a mask, maintain physical distancing, and provide their name and phone number for contact tracing.
Friends are also invited to watch the live stream of the Mass on the Our Lady of Czestochowa YouTube channel, starting just before 11:00 a.m, at:

A private entombment will be held at a later date in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Teresa are asked to consider The Heart and Stroke Foundation (www.heartandstroke.ca) or Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. Online condolences at www.oneilfuneralhome.ca O'Neil Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
