Ursula Barbara Malecki

Peacefully, at LHSC Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, Ursula Malecki in her 81st year. Beloved wife of Stanislaw "Stan" Malecki (1995), dear mother of David (Leon). Loving great aunt of Francie, Quinten, Olivia, and many others. Survived by her sister, Teresa (Marian) Tarkowski. Predeceased by her parents Franciszek "Frank" and Helena Kandulski, brothers Henry and Alois, and sister Cecilia Talkowski. Ursula gave lovingly of her time following the death of her husband as a volunteer at Parkwood palliative care hospital, and later at the McCormick Home, helping countless families navigate the difficult path of end-of-life care, and tending to the needs of those in care. She was fiercely independent, often offering help, but rarely asking for it. She loved to garden, and was meticulous in every endeavor. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London on Monday, May 9, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m; followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
