Waldemar (Walter) Turowski

It is with deep sadness that the family of Waldemar (Walter) Turowski announces his sudden passing on November 8, 2023, at the age of 53. Born on September 21, 1970 in his beloved Elk, Poland, to parents Halina and Marian, whom he reunites with in heaven. Proud father to his four children, Lukasz (Leanna), Izabella, Juliana, and Pola. Dear dziadek to Maks, Lilli, and Baby T. Remembered and loved by the mothers of his children Katharina Bilka and Anna Turowski.

Walter will be greatly missed by his sister Irena (Krzysiek), brother Mirek (Hania), and his nieces and nephews in Poland. Countless friends and family in Poland, the USA, and Canada will cherish fond memories of their Waldek. Walter was “The Flooring Guy” to many, always ready to help a friend or neighbour in need. He was a great dancer, creative cook, talented tradesman, and beloved Tata. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and love him. 

Visitors will be received on Friday, November 17,  2023  from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.  in the O’Neil Funeral Home, 350 William St., London.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church,  419 Hill St., London,  on Saturday, November 18 at 10:00 a.m.  followed by Internment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
