Walentyna Bujnowski

Peacefully at L.H.S.C. Victoria Hospital on Monday, December 26, 2016, Walentyna Bujnowski in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Henryk Bujnowski (2009). Dear mother of Krys and Derek Chelchowski and Jerry and Rose Bujnowski all of Mt. Brydges. Devoted and loving grandmother of Daniel (Lindsey), Andrew (Jennifer), Kristen, Matthew and Mark. Great grandmother of Brayden and Audrey. Survived by her sister Stasia Putra and her brother Alojzy Skorupski in Poland. Walentyna and Henryk were born in Poland and came to Canada, with their two year old Daughter Krystyna, in 1960. They served in the Mt. Brydges area where they began a successful life of farming. Some of Walentyna's passions in life were her grandchildren and the family business of farming. We would like to express our deepest appreciation and thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff at the Victoria Hospital Cancer Floor for their wonderful care and support for our adored mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill St. Church, on Thursday, at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the L.H.S.C. Cancer Campaign at www.lhsf.ca/campaign/cancer-care or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
